With a total capacity of over 30 desks, LINC Coworking offers you the possibility to choose between a dedicated desk in an open space (up to 14 units) or in a small shared office (2 to 6 units) or to rent a private office (2 to 6 desks).
As your business grows, you can of course expand by adding desks or moving into larger private offices.
As most of the business centers, we of course offer:

- Short term commitment: the rental contracts are renewed for 3 months periods. If you grow quickly and one stage and we cannot provide sufficient desks you can terminate any time with a 2 weeks notice.

- Easy access from the A4 highway (1 minute) and very good public transport connections
- Cheap parking spaces, upon availability.

Dedicated desk in shared office: 250€
Part-time desk: upon request and availability
"Workoholic" access: Monday - Sunday
from 07h00 - 23h00
Dedicated desk in Open space: 225 €
Dedicated desk in shared office: 270 €
Private office: 240 - 270€ per desk*
Every desk includes a 3 hours/week access to the meeting and phoning rooms, upon availability.
Free public parking upon availability.
Rental parking availability and prices upon request.
* Private office rates are always based on full capacity usage. Private offices with 2 to 6 desks are available.
